Messi will travel to Paris this Sunday to sign for PSG

Leo Messi's arrival in the French capital is about to go ahead. 'L'Equipe' confirmed that the Argentine will travel to Paris this Sunday afternoon to under his medicals. Then he will be announced as a PSG player.

Leo Messi is close to becoming a Paris Saint-Germain player. While the Argentine was giving a press conference at the Camp Nou in what was his final goodbye to Barcelona, media in France put a date on his arrival. Argentina's number 10 will travel from Barcelona to Paris in the next few hours. In fact, 'L'Equipe' indicated that it will be the afternoon of this Sunday 8th August when the player will make his arrival in the French capital. Once he arrives in Paris, PSG are still unsure whether Messi will take his medical this same Sunday or whether it will take place Monday morning. Either way, the arrival of Leo Messi is about to go down, as PSG wait for their man with open arms.

All of that while the Parisian club have reserved the Eiffel Tower for his presentation as a PSG player. In fact, Messi confirmed in the press conference that he is negotiating with those at the Parc des Princes. It will go ahead as one of the biggest bombshells in world football in recent years.
