Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta spoke after their home loss to Chelsea about boosting the confidence level of his side ahead of next week's match at Manchester City.
Few starts have been worse than Arsenal's this season. The Gunners were stunned by Brentford and lost on matchday two on Lukaku's debut for Chelsea.
After the defeat to the Blues, Mikel Arteta analysed the start of the campaign and the solution to turn the situation around.
"I will try to give them confidence, the tools and the belief that football changes very quickly. The league classification is not going to be decided in August", explained the 'Gunner' coach at a press conference.
He assured that he does not want to "see anybody feeling sorry for himself or the squar or with the team", because that "is not going to help us". "I want a team with players who want to fight and face the challenge ahead of us, because usually when you do that, you get the rewards," he said.
