The rotten chicken was being transported by one Abiba who intends to smoke or roast the chicken for sale within Asuofua, Adakwame and Kejetia.
Abiba has since led the Environmental Health Officers at KMA to arrest the operator ( Kwadwo Asare) of the Cold Store at Asafo Market.
The two have been sent to the Ridge Police Station for further investigations.
