Flt. Sergeant Nicholas Owusu Has Finally Been Arrested.
The man who went viral after fearlessly firing an AK-47 assault rifle into the air at the A&C Mall on December 31, 2021, has been arrested.
The suspect, Flt. Sergeant Nicholas Owusu is currently detained by the Military Police.
Investigation is ongoing to prosecute and change his resting place for the next six months as stated in Section 209 of the Criminal Offense Act 1960 (Act 29).
